Shipping:
Please allow up to 3 weeks from the order date for making/preparation time until we hand your items to our carrier for shipping as all of our products handcrafted.
Most of the orders are fulfilled within 2-18 business days (except Sunday).
For the products in stock it will be delivered next day within UAE (cut out time is 11AM), 4 working days across GCC, up to 10working days for the International orders.
Orders placed on Saturdays after 11AM & Sundays will be shipped the following Monday.
During Big Sales such as Black Friday, Ramadan & Eid and other Holiday Sales - some orders might be shipped within 3-4weeks.
Free delivery for the orders above AED799 to GCC countries only.

Please Note: We are not responsible for the custom duties upon your delivery. This amount can vary depending on your countries import & tax charges. We are not responsible for lost packages if the customers have provided a wrong address. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order.
