Refund

We offer a 7 days Return policy. 

Cash payments on delivery are store credit refund only.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@selomenika.com.

Please note, shipping fees will not be refunded.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

International return shipping chargescustoms duties and any other charges to be paid by the customer. If you wish to return, kindly send us an email to info@selomenika.com , we will get back to you with all the return shipping instructions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@selomenika.com Once you have started your return process, courier will pick up the item from your doorstep. Shipping cost for returns and exchanges belongs to customer which is AED40 within UAE.

Shipping cost for returns and exchanges belongs to customer which is 80AED for Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Oman. For other countries it is 100AED. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

We understand that accidents can happen during shipping, and if you receive items that are broken or have defects, we've got you covered. Simply inform us on info@selomenika.com within 3 days after the delivery date, and we'll swiftly address the issue. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're committed to ensuring you receive high-quality handcrafted products that exceed your expectations. 

If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the defect with your email.

The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
