Shipping:
Please allow up to 3-4 weeks from the order date for making/preparation time until we hand your items to our carrier for shipping as all of our products handcrafted.
Most of the orders are fulfilled within 2-18 business days (except Sunday).
For the products in stock it will be delivered next day within UAE (cut out time is 11AM), 5 working days across GCC, up to 10working days for the International orders.
Orders placed on Saturdays after 11AM & Sundays will be shipped the following Monday.
During Big Sales such as Black Friday, Ramadan & Eid and other Holiday Sales - some orders might be shipped within 3-4weeks.
Free delivery for the orders above AED399 to GCC countries only.
