Free delivery is available on all orders above AED1000 to the UAE and GCC countries.

Delivery Timeframes

UAE – Next Day Delivery: (cut-off time: 11 AM)
Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain: 3–4 business days
Europe: 2–3 business days with DHL
United States & United Kingdom: 4-5 business days with DHL.

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped the following Monday.

Processing Time:

All of our bags are carefully handcrafted and inspected before shipping.

Processing time is typically 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Made-to-order items may require additional processing time, as each piece is individually handcrafted. We appreciate your patience and understanding, as quality and craftsmanship take time.

During peak periods such as Black Friday, Ramadan, and other holiday sales, processing and shipping times may be extended due to high order volume (up to 20 days).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Once the package has been handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance procedures, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Customs & Import Duties:

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Selomenika is not responsible for customs fees and cannot determine the amount of these charges, as they are regulated by the destination country.

Address & Contact Information:

Please ensure that your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout.

If you provide an incomplete or incorrect address, your shipment may be delayed, as our courier partner may need additional time to contact you for clarification.

If an incorrect phone number or address is provided and the shipment is returned to us, any resulting costs and additional shipping fees will be the responsibility of the recipient.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If a shipment is unclaimed or refused by the customer and returned to us, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
