I purchased this as a gift for a friend, and so I didn’t open it when I received it. I gave it to my friend about ten days after the purchase and found that the clasp on the bottom was broken, I was refused an exchange since I didn’t have pics of the box or the bubble wrap (who takes pics when opening packages?), and I was told that I missed the damage and exchange date even though I informed the shipper that this was an exception since it’s a birthday gift. The attitude was not helpful and that’s why I will no longer be a customer. Make sure you take pics of your package upon receiving since apparently that’s a standard for them.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue with your bag. Our policy requires notification of damages within 3 days of delivery, with returns initiated within 7 days. Despite this timeframe passing, I still wanted to assist.

However, without detailed photos of the package, we couldn't investigate. I understand the bag was received as a gift and the package was discarded on the first day, which unfortunately limits our ability to assess the issue.

Our handmade bags are delicate and need careful handling. I regret we couldn't offer an exchange this time. If you have any other concerns, please let us know.
